This private studio apartment is attached to Derby Creek Guesthouse, but has its own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The queen bed is inside a raised loft, and is made plush with thick, down comforters, down pillows, and extra blankets, creating the cozy sensation of sleeping in a nest.Its kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and dishes, and the apartment is stocked with everything you need, from towels and soaps, to luxury down bedding and extra blankets, to iron, ironing board, and heater. West Berkeley Secret Garden Retreat
Located within a short walk of West Berkeley's popular 4th Avenue District, this quiet 2-bedroom apartment is snugged into a private, backyard garden, lush with flowers, fruit trees, and veggies. With fresh paint in serene pastels, plush pillows and throws everywhere, and big windows onto the garden, this airy space breathes peace and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and dishes. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, and soaps. The bedrooms are clean and comfy with plush new bedding, end tables and lamps, a desk and dresser, and lots of storage space.Come home to the beautiful San Francisco Bay!
